Where we deliver, and what it costs
Every order is packed in the Paris atelier and dispatched within 48 hours, fully insured, with signature on delivery. Free in the European Union on orders over 250 €.

Orders over 250 € ship free within the European Union. Orders to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States are sent exclusive of taxes and duties: import duties remain the customer's responsibility and are collected at delivery, outside the VAT we handle.
Returns
Thirty days to change your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece, no questions asked. It must be unused and in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity that came with it.
We refund within five working days of receiving the return, by the same means you paid with. Returns are free within the European Union; outside the EU, the return is at your cost.
Guarantee
Two years of guarantee, repairs for life
Every piece benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity — two years under the French Consumer Code — and arrives hallmarked in France with its certificate of authenticity.
On top of that, we repair every Emily Rose piece free for life: cleaning, polishing, tightening, and clasp replacement. The atelier takes care of the piece, whenever it needs it, whoever owns it.
Sizing
Wrong size — a free exchange
If the size does not fit, we exchange the piece free of charge within the European Union. Write to us within 30 days with your measurements and we will send the right size.
Not sure of your size? Measure an existing ring you wear on the correct finger. Rings are offered in EU sizes 50 to 58, and we will happily advise before you order.
