All designs, drawings, photographs, texts, the brand name and the logo are original creations of Emily Rose Jewellery SARL and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Every piece benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years under the French Consumer Code (articles L217-3 and following), and from the guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

The guarantee covers defects existing at delivery that make the piece unfit for its normal use. It does not cover normal wear or damage caused by misuse. Every piece is hallmarked in France and delivered with its certificate of authenticity.

The contract is formed when the order is confirmed and payment is accepted. All prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Prices include the metal value at the date of the order, which moves with the gold market.

Shipping costs are calculated per destination zone as described on the shipping & returns page. Payment is by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna in three interest-free instalments from 300 €. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

You have a legal withdrawal right of 14 days under the French Consumer Code, aligned with our commercial 30-day returns policy described on the shipping & returns page.

These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the customer may first contact the atelier; if no agreement is found, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, within 15 days of the request, either directly or through the European online dispute resolution platform.
